Use clear, well-lit JPEG, PNG or WebP photos up to 10 MB each. Keep the subject visible and avoid heavy filters, blocked faces or very small subjects. Each template has its own photo tips. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.

Yes, when the chosen template supports them. Browse the Pets or Friends categories and follow the requested number and order of photos. Current templates use one, two or three photos. Get permission from everyone whose likeness you upload.

Processing time varies with the AI provider and its queue, so we do not guarantee a fixed completion time. You can leave the page and check the same task in My videos. If its status is unconfirmed, check that task or contact support before submitting another paid request.

Buy one video for your selected template and quality, or subscribe for monthly credits. Monthly credits expire at the end of the paid billing period; the cost shown for each template depends on its length and quality. A subscription is optional.

A confirmed failed or canceled task returns its generation credits or one-video entitlement once. Pending, processing or unconfirmed tasks are not treated as failures. Check the existing task and contact support with its reference if needed; do not submit again while confirmation is unclear.

For your first purchase, you may request a manual refund review within 7 days of payment if none of its credits have been used. Send the order reference through Contact. Review does not guarantee approval. A successful generation is not refundable solely because of subjective dissatisfaction; mandatory consumer rights still apply.

Photos are sent to the selected AI provider to process your request. You can remove completed videos and their media references, export account records and request account deletion in Privacy & data. Provider cleanup is a separate tracked process, so removal from the app does not promise immediate deletion of third-party copies.
