One photo. A little guidance.
Get practical answers before you create: photo requirements, generation status, credits, payments, downloads and privacy.
Choose a guide below, or contact support with your task reference. Never submit a second paid request while the first request is unconfirmed.
Choose photos that work
Use a clear, well-lit JPEG, PNG or WebP photo under 10 MB. Keep the subject visible and avoid heavy filters, obstructions and very small faces. Each template specifies whether it needs one, two or three photos. Only upload photos you own or have permission to use.
Understand generation status
Pending and processing mean the task is still running. Leave the page safely and return to My videos to check the same task. Processing time varies with the provider queue; no fixed completion time is guaranteed.
Credits and failed generations
Each current template costs 1,000 credits. The amount is shown before generation. Credits are reserved when a task is created. A confirmed failed or canceled task returns its generation credits once; an unconfirmed task waits for reconciliation.
Payments, subscriptions and refunds
Check Orders for payment status and Credits for your balance. A return from checkout alone does not prove a payment succeeded. If confirmation is delayed, refresh the same order instead of paying again.
Save and manage your videos
When a task succeeds, open My videos and download the available result. Download it promptly: provider download links may expire or become unavailable. Your account history is not a permanent file backup.
Photos, data and account deletion
Photos are sent to the selected AI service to process your request. The current integrations are Fal and Kie. Their infrastructure can retain files independently of the app. See the privacy policy for what removal does and does not cover.
