AI Video Credits, Failed Tasks and Payment Refunds

Credits and failed generations

Each current template costs 1,000 credits. The amount is shown before generation. Credits are reserved when a task is created. A confirmed failed or canceled task returns its generation credits once; an unconfirmed task waits for reconciliation.

Successful output is not a promise of an exact visual match, preserved original audio, or social media performance. If something seems wrong, send the task reference for review. Deleting a completed video does not refund its credits.

Payments, subscriptions and refunds

Check Orders for payment status and Credits for your balance. A return from checkout alone does not prove a payment succeeded. If confirmation is delayed, refresh the same order instead of paying again.

Manage and cancel recurring plans in Billing. Cancellation stops future renewal according to the subscription state shown there. For refund review, provide the order reference through Contact. Money refunds and failed-task credit returns are separate processes.
